Amendment of Petition or Complaint

An Amendment is appropriate when your previously filed Complaint or Joint Petition has been denied by the court and must be corrected and resubmitted. Whether your case involves children or not, this service includes a complete rewrite of your divorce documents to address the deficiencies identified by the court, along with preparation of the Request for Submission and proposed Order. Notary services are included, all required court copies are prepared, and the amended documents will be filed with the court on your behalf. There are no additional court filing fees for amendments.
