This service is used when a petition, complaint, or other court filing has been rejected by the court and must be corrected and resubmitted. Rejections commonly occur due to formatting issues, missing language, incorrect forms, or procedural defects. To proceed, a copy of the rejected filing and the court’s rejection notice or letter is required. The $400 flat fee includes preparation of the amended document, notary services, required court copies, and preparation of a Request for Submission and Proposed Order if necessary. This service applies to any type of court action, including but not limited to divorces, custody matters, name changes, adoptions, guardianships, and other civil filings. In most cases, no additional court filing fee is required, as court fees are typically paid at the time of the original filing. This service is limited to document preparation and resubmission and does not include legal advice or court representation.​
