QDROs
Qualified Domestic Relations Order (also known as a 'QDRO')
Fee: $200.00
This service includes the preparation and court filing of a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO) to divide retirement benefits pursuant to a divorce or domestic relations matter. There are no court filing fees for a QDRO. If applicable, this service also includes faxing and certified mailing of the approved QDRO to the financial institution and obtaining a certified copy of the signed QDRO from the court. To begin, you must complete the QDRO intake questionnaire. Once submitted, you will receive a separate invoice through Wave for the $200 preparation fee. Upon receipt of payment, your completed QDRO will be prepared and provided to you for review and signature within 48 hours. Any plan administrator review or processing fees are separate and paid directly to the plan administrator.
